Our Policies

Weight Limit & Large Dog Policy

We have a maximum weight limit of 55 lbs. However, we understand that every dog is different, and larger dogs may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, particularly short-haired breeds that require less handling time and physical strain. If your dog exceeds the weight limit, please contact us before booking so we can discuss availability and determine whether we're able to safely provide service. Our goal is to deliver the best possible care while ensuring a safe and positive grooming experience for both pets and staff.

Health & Safety Policy

  • All pets must be current on rabies vaccination
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive or sick animals
  • Pets with fleas will be groomed with Dawn soap or natural flea shampoo
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing health conditions

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments are scheduled in 2-hour windows
  • We will call 24 hours before your appointment to confirm
  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • Same-day cancellations will be charged a $50 fee
  • No-shows will be charged a $50 fee

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at TIME OF SERVICE
  • We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards
  • $5 convenience fee for credit card and online payments
  • Returned checks incur a $35 fee
  • Prices may vary based on coat condition and pet behavior
  • Gratuities are appreciated but not required

Liability Policy

  • We are fully insured
  • Not responsible for pre-existing health conditions
  • Elderly pets are groomed at owner's risk
  • We are not responsible for clipper burn on matted coats
  • Photos may be taken for business purposes unless declined

Weather Policy

For the safety of our clients, pets, and groomers, we reserve the right to delay or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unsafe driving conditions. We appreciate your understanding.
